Each programme is purpose-built for a specific stage of professional development. Together they form a progression from entry-level awareness to senior governance responsibility.

Methodology

How We Design Our Programmes

Inquiry Before Application

Concepts are examined carefully before participants are asked to apply them. This builds genuine understanding rather than surface familiarity with tools.

Sequential, Not Modular

Each session builds on the previous. There is no content that can be missed without consequence. Programmes reward consistent attendance and engagement.

Field-Connected Assessment

Assessed work draws from real organisational situations. Participants are evaluated on their analytical judgement, not on their recall of terminology.

Programme One

Foundations of Risk Inquiry

THB 12,000  ·  Eight weeks

An entry-level programme for managers, analysts, and consulting associates beginning to take on risk-related responsibilities. The course covers the basic language and frameworks of enterprise risk management, the disciplines of structured risk identification, the careful framing of probability and impact assessments without overstating analytical precision, and the role of the risk function as a thoughtful internal partner. Eight weeks of evening sessions combine seminar discussion with applied case exercises.

Suitable for: those in their first two years of risk-related work, or those moving into a role with explicit risk responsibilities for the first time.

What Participants Develop

  • Working knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and their purpose
  • Skills in structured risk identification — how to surface risks that are not immediately visible
  • Careful handling of probability and impact assessment without false precision
  • Understanding of the risk function's appropriate role as an internal adviser
  • Applied case exercise experience across several industry contexts

Programme Sequence

  1. 1Introduction to risk thinking: definitions, purpose, and the limits of formal frameworks
  2. 2Structured risk identification methods and their application in different contexts
  3. 3Probability and impact: how to frame assessments with appropriate care
  4. 4Risk registers, reporting, and internal communication
  5. 5The risk function's relationship with management and the board
